Shigeru Nishimi, the first president, founded "Bellows Research Institute" in Saginomiya and began researching bellows.

Established SAGINOMIYA SEISAKUSHO, INC. in Nakano, Tokyo.

Opened the Tokorozawa Factory (now Tokorozawa Plant) in Tokorozawa, Saitama.

Opened the Sayama Factory (now Sayama Plant) in Sayama, Saitama.

Entered the test systems field.

Opened the Osaka Sales Office (now Osaka Branch Office) in Suita, Osaka.

President Shigeru Nishimi was awarded the Order of the Rising Sun, 4th Class, Gold Rays with Rosette

Ichiro Nishimi became the President & Chief Executive Officer of SAGINOMIYA SEISAKUSHO, INC.

Ichiro Nishimi was awarded the Medal with Blue Ribbon.

Opened the Yonezawa Factory (now Yonezawa Plant) in Yonezawa, Yamagata.

50th Anniversary

Established Foshan Hualu Refrigeration Equipment Co., Ltd. (now FOSHAN HUALU AUTOMATIC CONTROLS LIMITED.) in China.

Ichiro Nishimi became the Representative Director & Chairman, and Moto Nishimi became the President & Chief Executive Officer of SAGINOMIYA SEISAKUSHO, INC.

Chairman Ichiro Nishimi was awarded Order of the Sacred Treasure, 4th Class

Established Danfoss Saginomiya Sp.z o.o. in Poland.

Moto Nishimi became an advisor, and Yuichiro Nishimi became the president of SAGINOMIYA SEISAKUSHO, INC.

Established Saginomiya (Thailand) Co., Ltd. in Thailand.

Opened the R&D Center in Sayama, Saitama (as a part of the Sayama Plant).
Opened the Sayama Logistics Center in Sayama, Saitama.

Established SAGINOMIYA AMERICA, INC. in the United States.

Opened FOSHAN HUALU AUTOMATIC CONTROLS LIMITED SHANGHAI BRANCH in China.

Established SAGINOMIYA EUROPE Sp.z o.o. in Poland.

Opened the Nagoya Sales Office in Kita-ku, Nagoya, Aichi.

Opened the DiM Simulation Center in Sayama, Saitama (as a part of the Sayama Plant).
DiM received the "Development Tool of the Year 2014" from Vehicle Dynamics International (see VI-GRADE press release).
Honorary Chairman Nishimi received a Special Meritorious Award from the Japan Amateur Baseball Association.

The 'Bellows Type Packless Valve' received the "JSME Excellent Product Award" from the Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers.

Moved the headquarters to Shinjuku, Tokyo.

Yuichiro Nishimi became the Representative Director & Chairman, and Shigeyuki Nishimi became the President & Chief Executive Officer of SAGINOMIYA SEISAKUSHO, INC.

Opened the Dallas Office of SAGINOMIYA AMERICA, INC. in the United States.

The R&D Center's research theme, "MEMS energy harvester that drives IoT sensors with unused environmental vibrations," received the METI Minister Prize at the 33rd High-Technology Awards for Originality.
