- A small, lightweight, and high-precision diffusion-type semiconductor pressure sensor.
- Can be used for various fluids thanks to the double diaphragm design that fully seals wetted parts with a stainless steel diaphragm.
- Pressure range: 0 to 1013 hPa abs
Applications
Cooling and heating, air conditioners, and various industrial equipment (absorption refrigeration equipment, negative pressure machines, etc.)
